Trenchless Sewer Repair in Orlando
Residential, Multi-Family & Commercial Sewer Line Repair Without the Dig
When a sewer line fails, the disruption is immediate: drains back up, odors rise, and the cost of traditional excavation looms over the whole property. Trenchless sewer repair fixes cracked, root-intruded, corroded, or deteriorating pipes with small access points instead of a trench the length of your yard. At Mercury Plumbing, we’ve been handling sewer repairs across Orlando for homeowners, apartment communities, and commercial properties since 1997, fully licensed, insured, bonded, and rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau.
Ready to stop the problem before it gets worse? Call Mercury Plumbing at (407) 315-1187 for a no-charge estimate or same-day service.
Why Orlando Property Owners Call Mercury Plumbing
Our founder, Tom Murphy, entered the plumbing trade as an apprentice at 18 and has worked in it ever since. That depth of experience shapes how our team approaches a trenchless sewer job from the first call to the final inspection. We’ve built our reputation by taking on difficult problems, including jobs where another plumber has already tried and failed, and we carry state-of-the-art video inspection cameras and high-pressure jet-cleaning equipment on every service van.
Our growth has come almost entirely through word-of-mouth because the work holds up. We keep stocked, radio-dispatched vans on the road 24 hours a day, and we offer flexible financing for larger jobs so cost doesn’t stand between you and the repair work your property needs.
Pipe Lining & Pipe Bursting: Two Methods, One Camera Inspection
Not every damaged sewer line calls for the same fix. Before we recommend anything, we run a sewer camera through the line to identify exactly what’s wrong: the type of damage, where it sits, and how far it extends. That inspection drives the method.
Cured-in-Place Pipe Lining (CIPP)
For pipes that are cracked or corroded but still structurally present, we insert a flexible, resin-saturated liner into the damaged section. It’s inflated against the pipe wall, cured in place, and becomes a smooth, jointless new pipe inside the old one. We clear the line first with high-pressure jetting so the liner can seat cleanly.
Pipe Bursting
When a pipe is too collapsed or deteriorated to be lined, a bursting head is pulled through it, fracturing the old pipe outward while simultaneously pulling a new pipe into position. Both methods require only small access points rather than open trenches, preserving driveways, landscaping, and hardscaping.
Pipe lining is used for drain and sewer lines, not pressurized water supply lines.
Trenchless Sewer Repair for Multi-Family & Commercial Properties in Orlando
Mercury Plumbing is a recognized leader in the Orlando apartment and multi-family market. We’ve serviced hundreds of apartment complexes, communities, and associations across Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties, and we carry the licensing, performance bonds, and certifications required to work on large residential communities and commercial properties.
Shared sewer mains serving multiple units raise the stakes on every repair decision. A plumber who regularly navigates complex building layouts, coordinates work around occupied units, and diagnoses the right access point on a multi-unit system brings a different level of readiness than one who works only on single-family homes. When minimizing tenant disruption is the priority, that experience matters.
