Called Mercury Plumbing yesterday, and Melinda scheduled Jacob to come out today. Jacob called me this morning to confirm our appointment and arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. That was a plus for me. He was friendly, professional, and resolved our issues within 45 minutes. I have used Mercury a few times over the last 5 years and never disappointed.
